Rooms and facilities can be booked for events run for the benefit of young people.

If you intend to sell alcohol, you will have to apply to Somerset Council for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN). See HERE

On the second page of the form, there is a simple email verification stage
On the second page of the form, in the ‘Description’ box please tell us:
– if it’s a commercial event
– if you will be showing a film (note Terms and Conditions)
– if you will have live or recorded music (note Terms and Conditions)
– if alcohol will be consumed or for sale (note Terms and Conditions)
– if you are booking the kitchen, will it be used for –
– – – – just preparing drinks and snacks (no charge)
– – – – plating up pre-prepared food
– – – – food preparation
